Apply to Cohort 6 of the Collective (Summer 2024 – Spring 2026)

Thank you for your interest in applying to Cohort 6 of Elluminate’s Collective leadership advancement program. The application process begins with a pre-application to reflect your interest and assess eligibility. Those who are invited to apply will then submit a full application. This is a competitive program and we encourage those interested to apply.

The Collective is a network of entrepreneurial Jewish women leaders who use their Jewish values and a gender lens to address intractable issues in the United States, Israel, and around the world. Participating in the Collective means being part of an active, ongoing community for specialized leadership advancement – particularly in the areas of feminist leadership and social change –  in which visionary entrepreneurs and leaders grow, collaborate and offer each other strategic support, connection and advice. It is a platform for Jewish women who are the senior-most professionals leading their organizations (CEO/Executive Director) that offers the opportunity to have their work amplified; increase their visibility; grow their professional skills and networks; and interact with aligned donors.

We are currently seeking exceptional women to apply to be part of the sixth cohort of our leadership advancement program. Ten women will be selected through  a competitive process. Cohort members have access to a wide range of offerings, including professional development, leadership advancement opportunities, community events, funding, and more. The cohort will participate in a two-year immersive program with benefits that include:

  • Four in-person retreats over two years
  • Monthly Zoom sessions in year one , and bi-monthly sessions in year two
  • Featured in Elluminate’s Crown JEWEL Conversation virtual series
  • Participation in Elluminate’s annual Convening
  • Two years of capacity building/general operating funding for your organization ($40,000 total) as well as up to $5,000 to use for professional development

Following graduation, cohort members become part of a global alumni network.

To be eligible to apply, you are the following

  • Self-identified woman (including cisgender, transgender, and non-binary women)
  • Jewish (at any level of observance)
  • Senior-most professional at a registered non-profit organization, with either a valid 501(c)(3) (or the equivalent in your country) or a fiscal sponsor
  • Leader of an organization working to create social change
  • Entrepreneurial leader applying Jewish values and a gender lens

Note: Candidates may work anywhere in the world, and lead organizations effecting change inside the Jewish community, representing the Jewish community in the public sphere, or leading a secular organization. Elluminate strives to build cohorts that reflect the full diversity of Jewish life, including a variety of experience, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability status, family status, and any other identity.
